My name is Sandeep. And this is where I intellectualize and nerd out.

One of my greatest satisfactions in life is learning things and making heady stuff accessible to all of us. Conversing about ideas, theories, concepts and tangible tools regarding psychology, self-development, spirituality, connection, social and political realities, and the world as we experience it, is an immensely rewarding process for me.

Over the last decade, I’ve poured into this desire to know, connect, and strategically maximize the richness of life in several ways. I’ve worked in counselling and program management, contributing as an educator and advocate. I’ve undertaken a graduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, learning how to navigate the messiness and synchronicities of multiple perspectives. But my true credentials come from my tenacity to lean into life’s big tangles, knowing that what I find and who I become on the journey will be transformative.
